Why This Episode Is Awesome:

It was a bittersweet moment in the Beach household recently when my oldest son signed his letter of intent to play lacrosse at his future university. It helped me realize that not only does this signify a major personal life transition, but it also signifies a pretty big professional transition as well.

My business has evolved as my children have grown. Each stage of their lives has been reflected in how I structured my business and now the time’s come for me to think about the next evolution.

The great news is, once you’re over forty, it only becomes easier to start and have a successful business.

Take a listen to this week’s episode to found out the statistics that back that statement up and why the world needs you to stop being intimidated by the idea of starting a business midlife.
